Cocktails are fun to make and give bartenders and party hosts a chance to get colorful and creative. Mimosas are a traditional drink served during events such as Sunday brunches and cocktail parties in the summer. These cocktails are known to be refreshing and are best served cold in a chilled glass. The typical mimosa is made with Champagne and orange juice, but the hermosa mimosa puts a twist on the drink to make it just a bit different.

Pour 5 oz. of Champagne or sparkling white wine into the glass.
