Mimosas are a traditional drink served during events such as Sunday brunches and cocktail parties in the summer. These cocktails are known to be refreshing and are best served cold in a chilled glass. The typical mimosa is made with Champagne and orange juice, but the hermosa mimosa puts a twist on the drink to make it just a bit different.

Things You'll Need

Chill a 6 to 8 oz. Champagne flute.

Pour 5 oz. of Champagne or sparkling white wine into the glass.

Pour 1 oz. of guava juice slowly into the Champagne flute to infuse it into the Champagne.

Garnish with one maraschino cherry. Serve cold.
