Drinking this simple apple cider vinegar detox recipe before meals will aid digestion and give the immune system a boost.

Mix eight oz. of water with one to three tsp. of raw apple cider vinegar.

Add honey to taste and stir.

Drink three times a day before meals.

Tip

Instead of eight ounces of water, you can substitute eight ounces of juice, such as cranberry, apple or apple cider, to more effectively mask the taste of the apple cider vinegar.

Do not drink undiluted apple cider vinegar, as it can erode teeth enamel.
