Cellulite is a curse amongst many women, even women who are not overweight. Cellulite is essentially deposits of fat that collect inside women’s subcutaneous fat layer, which unlike men, is organized into upright chambers that allow for more fat to be stored. Cellulite is common on the buttocks, thighs and abdomen and is visible as lumpy deposits underneath the skin. If you have a cellulite problem, you can apply cellulite creams to the affected area to stimulate the flow of blood to the area and decrease the appearance of cellulite.
Apply the cellulite cream to a small “test spot” on your body. Rub it in and wait at least a day to make sure you do not have any allergic reactions to the product.
Squeeze about a quarter-sized amount of cream and apply it to the affected areas. Apply more product as needed — check the manufacturer’s directions to ensure you are using the correct amount of product.
Rub the cream into the affected areas and let the cream dry before putting your clothes back on.
Reapply the cream following the manufacturer’s directions.
Cellulite is very stubborn and will not go away overnight. To increase the effects of your cellulite cream, combine the cream treatments with a proper diet and regular exercise.
