Amoebiasis or amoebic dysentery is a condition caused by an amoebic parasite identified as Entamoeba histolytica. The amoebic parasite enters your body after you consume contaminated water or food. Once in your body, the parasite invades your intestinal tract and causes gastrointestinal and bowel complications. Symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal cramping and pain, nausea, bloody stools, loose stools, fever, weight loss and in severe cases intestinal damage can occur.
In Descriptive Medicine with Clinical Methods and Homeopathic Therapeutics, K. L. Kitchlu and L.R.N. You can take aconite 30x, a medium potency remedy, by dissolving four tablets beneath your tongue four times daily to treat dysentery symptoms. Children can consume two tablets of aconite four times a day to treat symptoms associated with amoebiasis. In adults, if the symptoms are acute, you can consume four tablets every hour until relief is experienced.

If consuming baptisia 6c or 30c you should take a single dose, as directed on the packaging, every one to two hours for severe dysentery symptoms, and every three to four hours for milder symptoms.

You can then take two pillules four times a day for a period of five days. The pillules should be placed directly in the mouth from the container without being touched to avoid the contamination of the treatment. You can chew or suck on the pillules between your meals for relief of dysentery symptoms.
